• Basic device and technical details (for example, device type and app version) used for compatibility and troubleshooting.

Payment / subscription information

• Subscription and payment processing is handled by Apple, Google Play, Stripe, or RevenueCat (where used). We do not store full payment card details.

How We Use Information

• To provide and operate app features you request.
• To maintain accounts, subscriptions, and support.
• To improve performance, reliability, and the user experience.
• To communicate with you about your account, support, and (with consent) product updates.
• To protect the security and integrity of our apps.

AI Processing

Some features use AI models to process your inputs (such as photos or text) and return results. Inputs may be sent to AI providers solely to deliver the feature you requested. AI-generated results are informational and may be inaccurate; you should verify important information before acting on it. BlackData AI apps are not a substitute for professional advice.

Data Storage

Your data may be stored using secure cloud infrastructure (for example, Firebase or Supabase). We aim to retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and secure authentication. • Google AI / Gemini or other AI providers — AI processing of inputs to deliver requested features.
• RevenueCat — subscription management (where used).
• Apple App Store — distribution and in-app purchases.
• Google Play — distribution and in-app purchases.
• Analytics tools — to understand aggregate usage and improve the apps.

User Rights

Data Deletion Requests

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time via the Data Deletion Request page or by emailing support@blackdata.info. We aim to process valid requests within 30 days unless a different period is required by law. Some billing records may remain with payment processors according to their policies.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under the age required by applicable law without appropriate consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of those laws. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
